thank you for coming to my ted talk.
In January 2023, I chose to give a personal TED Talk at TED’s annual staff retreat. As an avid learner and storyteller, I wanted to share my personal experiences as a Chinese adoptee who lost her mother at age 13, and how that lead me to life’s most important questions - like “How do I start to accept myself before anyone else can?”. Other projects I organized for the staff retreat included writing and producing fun video interstitials, including The Commute to Remote Work and TED Secret Society (view below).

Balancing efforts in both sales and marketing, I supported TED@Work’s unique business objectives, with a deep focus on lead generation and nurture, as well as creating sales and marketing collateral such as website pages, informational guides, blogs, and videos. Other initiatives I was responsible for included project managing webinars, joint presentations, and TED@Work’s appearances at industry events such as TED2023 and TEDWomen. Strategizing with TED@Work’s account executives and team leadership, I helped improve sales performance, processes and procedures, and captured critical information in Airtable, Pardot, and Salesforce.
